Bad Service from Debtsafe

I have been okay the whole time with Debsafe, until recently there is one creditor which they are not paying, they failing to contact the creditor and send them the proof that they are paying them and the statement they send me does not make sense especially when it comes to that creditor, now i put under debt collection but i am paying debtsafe every month, this is not good they whole point of being under debt review is to regain your good credit record, but they pushing me deeper into the whole.
