Bad service

Nothing was explained to us in details regarding the offers they give you and when you request a call or send an email its just straight forward you need to pay extra and that is it no negotiations or explanations to whats happening. No Phone call back when you ask or call. When phoning you can hear how Puleng Ledwaba tells the lady when asked to speak to you NO DONT DO THIS. Unacceptable. Nobody has told me that they only pay the Creditors on month 3 and now they want to repo stuff and still no call no help nothing.
