Bad service

I looked at my monthly document which I get from debtsafe and some month dont match. What is really disturbing and frustrating me is that when I officially cancel my debtsafe, all of a sudden incorrect figures are given by relationship managers and when you forward or cc customer care managers, you dont get a responsld. I send an email and without feedback my logged call was closed. I sent an email twise and I still havent recieved feedback. Doesnt it make sense that if a customer doesnt answer, you could email the customer the feedback. I'm extremely disappointed at debtsafe. The service from junior staff and senior staff is terrible. They created a system where you can login and sent a complain but the system is failing because of the people in charge of running the process and ensuring that members or customers get proper service and feedback.
