BAD Service

When I was introduced to Debt safe, I was told that all my accounts will be paid within 3 and half years by Peter. This is not the case at all. It’s 7 years. This company is terrible. My vehicle has been paid up. On numerous requests, emails and telephone calls I still don’t have feedback on my account. My FNB account has been excluded from the full debt safe court order and debt safe is still paying FNB. I have forwarded all the correspondence from FNB to Nicky Ras and no response back. No new payment plan and the excuse is that Peter made a mistake on his calculations. How can someone make a mistake on 3 and half years. I had to go to the extreme to stop my debit order for debt safe to contact me and still no response. I have requested for a new account Mngr as Nicky Ras who I am dealing with is *********** and when we communicate he tells me that Debt Safe is in the wrong but nobody rectifies my situation after 3 months. I feel that Debt Safe promised to help my situation that I am in but the situation is just getting worse.
