BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO A NEW CUSTOMER

I keep on phoning but no response!

It is now Day 2 to speak to you but you just dont call me back. I have sent an email yesterday for you to phone me but it never happens. I phoned at 09 this morning you said you will phone back. I phoned now at 15:00 and still they said they will phone me back!!!

I am dissapointed in my relationship manager Randy!

And when I ask to speak to someone the lady drops the call!!!

You hang on for hours before someone picks up the phone.

This is poor customer service!!!

This is terrible!!!
