Bad Customer Service

Hi,

I had no problems with this company, excellent service, until I was retrenched due to Covid.

They helped me through my retrenchment. Work is scares and the jobs are not offering what I use to get paid. I spoke to an consultant and she promised me when I do get another job and my salary is less they will adjust the monthly payments accordingly. I got another job but the salary was way less than before, when I spoke to another consultant regarding this they told me under no circumstances can they help me. I told them that the lady promised me that they will help and she told me that lady no longer works for the company and no promises like that can be made. I even sent them my pay slips so that they can see what I am earning but they were not interested in helping me at all.

I feel this is unfair and unprofessional. This is not my fault and should not be treated this way.
