BAD COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE
I have been with debtsafe since 2018, when it started they will sell you a dream. two years in most of my debts still the same balances as I have started. Moreover their customer service really sucks. they do not care about the clients wellbeing, you will send an email, no one will respond but they will close your complaint. I had no longer have a relationship manager, it was difficult to get assistance. What even made me even more angry is when we received summons from creditors...and they will not even assist you when it comes to that. What tiffs me off is the fact that my debts are just in one place so it will take longer to even get out of debt with them, as they look into getting their fees, rather than assisting you in lightly finishing your debts.

Step *: Login with your username and password.
Step *: Navigate to "My Relationship Manager" in the top menu bar.
Step *: On the left select “Create” to create a query.
Step *: Fill in the fields, click "Send".
