Today Ellen help me with all my questions.She was very helpfull ,patient and friendly.All my questions were answered.I'm really satisfied with her service.I wish that I can give her 10 stars ,because that is what she deserves.She went above and beyond to assist me and also called me back even when I give her the wrong number she went back on my details for the correct number .Thank you for your awesome telephone etiquette and for listening to me and not disrupting me when I was explaining the situation.I felt valued and respected.Thanks for handling all my queries.
