Assistance review

My review on DebtSafe is an average experience. Since my journey start with DebtSafe it was constant no feedback when you need assistance. In the last month when things must be finalize I struggle constantly to receive feedback from my assigned consultant, don't phone back or respond to emails.

But then with my last phone call, a lady (Moniquee Lloydd) answer the phone and after going off about assigned consultant, she start to assist me and I can only just say good things about her. She make work of my request, she respond to emails, she follow up on things and give proper feedback during the finalization process of my account. In one week everything is almost settle. Keep up the good work Moniquee!!!!

Then I also want to give a good review to Thelma who assist me with the clearance certificate process and her proper feedback.
