Appalling, simply appalling.
Appalling, simply appalling.
Queries never get answered, tickets get closed without proper resolution, zero compassion and once you a client you become a number and get lost in the system. When I started this process I had a relationship manager, now I have automated emails without human interaction.
It’s a painful enough process without having to deal with robots and becoming a number who is clearly unimportant is insult to injury.
