Annoyed

I don't know what else to do. I've been aaking to be removed from debt review since all my accounts a prescribed and 1 is paid up. I've sent all required documents to Thelma that was supposed to be assisting but till now she hasn't said anything. I'm certain that the documents were well received because I confirmed with Karabo and he acknowledged. Everytime I call to follow up , " she on a call or just stepped out" . No call back till now and my life is a stand still. Someone please help me.
