Angry Customer

I have been calling and emailing debtsafe about starting my clearance process as I am leaving for another country in a weeks time. I cannot seem to get through to any of the agents. How long does it take to get a clearance certificate? I have provided all my paid up letters to my Debtsafe Manager?
