3yrs, and virtually no better than where I started.
<p>I have been with DebtSafe for 3yrs. Biggest mistake ever!!! I have had so many Relationship Managers i am actually not sure who really is my RM. I only deal with e-mail communication to ensure a trail, but they never respond timeously. And almost never with the answers to the questions made in the first place. I had R240k in short-term debt when I started. Not incl my vehicle and house. I have paid R116k towards those debts in 3yrs. My outstanding balance currently is R222k. My vehicles are only settled via trade-in and my own lumpsum payments. Otherwise I would still be stuck with them. This is a joke!!! I am seriously considering going to the Credit Ombudsman to understand how this service is clearly not working.</p>

Step 3: Navigate to "My Relationship Manager" in the top menu bar.
Step 4: On the left select “Create” to create a query.
Step 5: Fill in the fields, click "Send".
