I would just like to say thank you for Soenie at Debtsafe with her enpeccable service. I have been struggling to get hold of Debtsafe for three months where i or get redirected or i get told to look up the contact numer on the internet. However, the telephone numbers that are on the internet does not work. I eventually got hold of Soenie and WOW, what a pleasure working with her. After speaking to a few staff members before her and being promised the be called back or phone being put down in my Ear, Soenie actually helped me with a smile and always willing to help. She really made me feel calmer and also helped me where i did not understand. Soenie is always willing to help and goes way out of her way to assist me. I really know that she deserves a management position. Maybe Soenie will be able to teach the rest of the staff members how to treat their customers that actually pays their salaries.
