A letter confirming that I'm under debt review to get a job

I am under debt review with DCI Version 2. All my credit provider debts are paid in full. DCI confirmed only R1000 outstanding admin fee for Form 19 remains. I am unemployed with a job offer pending a confirmation letter.

For 3 days I have emailed and called DCI to request a simple letter confirming that I am under their debt review only admin fee is outstanding. They are now cutting my calls, all I need is a letter of confirmation to get a job and be able to finish paying the remaining balance of R1000. I don't need them to wipe out what I owe them. I desperately need this job. I have been unemployed for for more then a year now and I Did advise them that I lost my job, hence I didn't pay for my last R1000 I owed. The lady I was dealing with resigned

I have lodged NCR complaint. I just need a letter to get a job. Poor service from DCI.
