MTN account

I app**** to go on to voluntary Debt Review last year October and contacted Debt Rescue. I went under debt administration to try and get out of debt but now due to Debt Map, I have now accumulated a debt of R4300 form Standard Bank. I was informed by the Debt Map agent that they will handle my accounts and I will eventually get out of debt. I have made enquiries with them regarding my MTN account: that the are still debiting my account and its causing me to be on a negative balance with Standard bank. I have put my faith in them to assist me to get out of debt but instead they have not kept to their promise of handling my financial affairs. I believe that this is unfair and not according to our agreement. I would kindly request Debt Map to assist me with this problem.
