I Joined Debtguides because i needed help with my accounts since there were ******* occupants in my house, i had to pay a bond and a flat so that resulted on me missing payments,etc. So Debtguides starts deducting money from my account and not pay the creditors. So i got a call for the bond, and was being told my account has not been paid the last few months. So i called debt guides and asked for proof of payments, Nadia first advises she will send them to me. After a day i send her an email requesting the proof of payments. She than calls me back saying the account has never been paid as all the money was going to the lawyers, and that shocked me because she first said she will send them, she also advises that i should just cancel their services, so i seny them an email telling them i withdraw. She sends me letters saying the services have been cancelled due to non co-operation from my side. I am now so angry because none of my accounts were paid when i thought it was being paid.
