Debt Guide

I have joined debt Guide since 2018 and i lost my job this year June and i sent them the latter that show that my employment has terminated they then told me that they will give me 3 months grace period to check if i had another job or not and if not the the insurance will settle my debt. But now to my surprise I've been taking to credit bureau and then i'm busy trying to get Debt Guide to explain to me but they are busy taking me from piller to post please advice
