DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THEM
NO STARS TO BE HONEST.
Worst experience with the ladies at this company, excuse after excuse. I told them when joining that I did some research but I wont believe everything I read on the internet as they had several bad review! BUT PLEASE PEOPLE I HAVE 1ST HAND EXPERIENCE THEY ARE TERRIBLE.
So quick to set up debi check them almost no communication also they are extremely rude.
One of the only positive comments they have on HeloPoeter was done by the actual debt consellor of their company so they cant be trusted.
Their number does not work and then then they say its working I call and obviously as expected get no answer and they immediatley BLOCK me on whatsapp.
I have asked them to cancel the debi check from their side and send proof and I have as expected received no response.
Please do not use theese people, not sure how they sleep at night, worstcustomer experience ever. Not sure how they in business as they have no business values.
I will continue my investigations and reviews until I get confirmation debi check is cancelled from their side.

We advised that we await feedback from your creditors before we can provide you with a response, but you were not satisfied with anything we told you. Bear in mind that you transferred from another DC where you still owed outstanding fees. It is extremely easy to blame someone else for your actions and the situation you find yourself in. We provided timeous feedback on each query received. Some customers are belligerent, hostile, and abusive, and flat-out refused to accept any attempt to satisfy them.
We advised that we await feedback from your creditors before we can provide you with a response, but you were not satisfied with anything we told you. I will continue to say DEBT GRIP is the worse I have come across and the ladies working there are not good at their jobs, pathetic customer service. THAT IS THE UGLY truth.
So I guess you saying all the negative feedback you get from client are all lies???? NO YOU ARE A ****, the biggest one of them!

I wish you responded to my emails as fast as you responded to this HelloPeter review, maybe if you did your job you wouldnt have to worry about negative reviews.
I called my creditors and NONE of them heard from you, you told lie after lie...
I have logged a complaint with NCR so your business can be investigated.
And why did you add a positive review for your own company on HelloPeter??? that is extremely dodge maybe next time be smart and dont use your real name in an attempt to get some postive feedback, when pretending to be a customer. Not the sharpest tool in the shed!
How could I be satisfied with anything you did, when all you did was mislead me? I'm still in shock that you are operating the way you do.

19 Jan 2023, 16:08I have nothing to gain by badmouthing any business but hopefully me speaking out will deter someone doing their reasearch and they get the same gut feeling I did that something was very wrong and call their creditors themselves.
Still have not received the proof of cancelled debi checked, they blocked me on WhatsApp and dont respond.
As soon as they told me about outstanding fees to my previous DC I went to the bank and paid it but you wont hear them say that, they are extremely rude and take advantage of peoples desperation for help.
********* and RUDE with no Client Skills, they seem to work in the wrong industry, working with people are not for them.
