Withdrawal from Debt Review

I joined Debt Eraser last year and I have requested to be withdrawn from last month. They issued an incorrect Clearance Letter that I have settled all my debts which is incorrect and now today they send me the Form 17 w and telling me that I must go to the court and apply for the withdrawal. What kind of a service is this. I need to sort this out Urgently. I am so not impressed with this company. Can someone please help me............
