Very poor service

I sent several emails to Valencia at Debteraser but received no reply from her. I then sent a mail to Claudine Naidoo Account Manager and asked if Valencia is still working there. She informed me that Valencia is on maternity leave but she will help me if I want to know something. No out of office notification was on Valencia emails. I forward several môre emails to Claudine Naidoo but with no luck. She don't even come back to me. I don't know what to do anymore and I have a serious problem. This is very poor service.
