Unfulfilled promises

I have transferred to them in July and ever since none of creditors have been paid. I have requested a statement that will show that they have paid my creditors since I receive calls from my creditors and to day they have not provided me and not even the lady who helped me is responding to my calls, WhatsApp or emails. They promise to get back to me with an update but still there's no positive response.
