Unauthorized inquiry and ******** listing

Debt Eraser got me listed yet I am not a client of theirs. I have never app**** or even enquired about their services however they have been lurking around my profile and they have made unauthorized queries. I don't need their services and I have not asked for it. Their phone lines and emails don't go through what kind of organisation is this? That means they are ****/con artists. why can we not get ahold of this company? why and how is the NCR even allowing them to operate?
