******* and scheming *****! Don't ever use them!

These people are *******. I have been paying them to ease my debt situation, just to find out their statements are false. FNB has not been receiving payments from them since 2018, and my account is now double the amount I am owing due to interest that has built up. They don't respond to emails, or texts and never answer my calls. When you try to call their office, the reception is not able to transfer and says she will leave a message for someone to call me back, on 3 occasions, no one has called me back. All their Hello Peter complaints have no replies, they clearly do not care what people think. Claudine Naidoo is truly the worst customer care consultant, making empty promises. Be careful of these people.
