Terrible support on outstanding issues

I have paid my balanced in full December 2018 last year, it is now July 2019 and i am still waiting on one of the accounts to be finalized. I called the relevant account myself and was told it was never paid, thus they wont give us a paid up letter, yet i have settled all my outstanding accounts. I have been dealing with Nitesh and Claudine mainly, they keep cancelling my calls and do not reply to my sms's or emails. I am looking into reporting them else where as i am not satisfied with their excuses anymore and i have been more that patient in my opinion. If you dont ask for any feedback or constantly remind them about any outstanding issues, they do not get back to you. I don't suggest anyone using their services, and i will not recommend them to anyone.
