Terrible Service

I dont wish to share my experience...I am utterly disgusted with the service.....and NOT that this review will make any difference...They dont reply to emails or call you back and when you call the office they put the phone down in your ears....I called now and spoke to the reception lady NATASHA, she take your details but NOBODY returns your calls or emails. Nirvana is supposed to call me...I am still waiting and its now a week. :(
