Terrible after service

I have exited debt review by paying up all my debt in March 2018

It is not August 2018 and the debt review flag is still on my credit profile and the accounts has not been updated.

I requested assistance from Debteraser and they sent the clearance certificate and paid up letters to transunion and copying me in on the mail however did not bother calling the credit beauru to confirm receipt. They say that the credit beauru did not provide them with reference numbers to follow up however I managed to get reference numbers myself.

It is clear that once they stop making money off you then their services ends, even though they should be the ones to assist until the process is complete

I would advise that you consider alternative debt review companies so not to put yourself in situations like these
