REDFLAGGED ON MY NAME

I have been trying to ask these guys to take off the red flag on my name and I have paid the a 1000 rands when I could afford and I was only left with 1200 to finalize their penalty fee for not taking their services .until to date I don't know how to finalize the 1200 since they couldn't confirm the 1000 I had paid them just because my POP didn't have their banking details but I was still providing them with all the necessary details asking them to go into their account and check my payment with the reference that I used they were not willing to do so yet I have paid my own money into their account and the red flag was affecting and still affecting my name .please help.me find these guys .I try calling their landlines I don't get joy since I was told the person I was dealing with Fransie Burger ( Accounts Administrator) [mailto:*** is no longer with them.

Good day Please advise is there a way that we can change/postpone this process to January 2017? 1.I have not managed to change my banking details as my HR closes tomorrow for change of banking details the new account is still in process with Ned bank ,(in case those debit orders go through my account this month and that I still have to make a payment to you guys at the end of the month )I afford to have a financial risk I am the only one working and I still have to pay rent ,School fees ,and transport .however if I can first sort out the bank account story as well as starting over in January it will be a much better option for me .in the meantime can you kindly take off the debt review flag on my name .
