Pathetic service.
Pathetic service, I get told my pda statement does not need to reflect the correct outstanding amounts I still owe, after I had to phone all the places I owe money to and advise Debterasers of the wrong amounts reflecting. Because of the wrong pda amounts I still paid someone whom I didn’t even owe anymore! Sending emails and just get ignored. Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone, will rather advise to stay away.

We have a department that deals with balance differences. The PDA statements balance usually match the creditors when all the payments are made. When payments are missed then the balances go off. Rather email your ID number to *** and state balance review in the subject
