Pathetic customer service and after service even worse !!
I have never in my life worked with people that is so unprofessional and have no empathy for their customers . They always over promise and under deliver. When they want you as a customer they constantly call you and promise you the world and as soon as you become their customer their service goes out the door. I am no longer under debt review yet my profile does not get updated with the bureaus and they do not follow up with anyone if it has been done. If you as the customer does not follow up yourself you will have no clue what is happening until you get your next report and discover your profile is still showing as if you are still under debt review. Pathetic !!!! is an understatement ..

26 Nov 2019, 05:41Good day.I beg to disagree. If it was not for me sitting on your necks and pressing for you to sort this out I bet I was still going to be nowhere at all. Not sure if you know what customer service is. In my view you where supposed to keep me up to date at all times making sure that my query was resolved without having me frustrated and wondering what is going on and make the follow followups myself with Experian and having to Explain what they need to do.As the last email from them they told me my accounts is updated and paid up which I already know since I paid it. The question really is will I encourage someone to do business with you.I don't think so.My experience with you has left a sour taste in my mouth that will take a while to disappear. I am however glad that the nightmare if finally over. Never again.
