Over promise and under deliver

I really am not happy with this company as they are full of empty promises. I have paid off all my debt about 3 months ago and placed a review for bad service as I could not get hold of my debt counselor or the Company itself as the phone just rang and no one answers. I also send emails without any response. After the review a lady by the name of Claudine Naidoo called me and made a lot of promises to assist in getting my name cleared and have the debt review status removed. She also asked me to remove or send another review so that their company does not have a bad rating which I did after she send me the clearance Certificate. She promised that all is sorted and they informed all creditors that I am no longer under debt review as well as all the Credit Bureaus. Yesterday she told me that a lady named Fransie is assigned to my case and she will get her to call me. I never received any phone call. I just called Experian now and they confirmed that they have not received any request or documentation to clear my status. Once again over promise and under deliver. What does a person have to do to get some service from this company. I just need my status to be updated as I am no longer under Debt Review
