No Response

I've had terrible service delivery from this company.I'm trying to exit my debt consolidation, all fee's that were provided to me were paid, even though these were never mentioned in the contract.

I've to follow up with them to get feedback, two weeks have passed since payment was made and no feedback has been provided.
