less than angry client

I am really disappointed at the fact that its now over 5 years that i am struggling with debterasers, they are really unprofessional. The phones are ringing and then no 1picks up. i was lucky a few week ago when they told me when i have my paid up letters to give them a call so that they can give me the email address. i guess they dont want us to be removed from there systems as the can pass us of as current clients. can any 1 help so i can remove my name from the DEBT REVIEW status please
