LACK OF SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE

I have had an issue with this company for the past almost 3 years. I cannot not get through to the correct people via tel. number nore do i get responses via email. I only get a response WEEKS later and ONLY if i threaten! I have never come come across such bad service before. and do not understand how this is even a reg. debt counseling company. This is my second time of complaining on Hello Peter, as this seems to be the only way to get their attention. I have paid all my accounts and need a certificate from them to clear my my from ITC. This has a huge impact on life and they seem to not understand that they are messing with peoples lives! I wish to report them further and hope that this helps.
