After 3 years of loyal payments and dedication to a debt free lifestyle as promised, I have at the end of the period been left with still HUGE amounts outstanding and no one competent at the company who could tell me why or what. Any query had to be put in writing because they do not have the knowledge to actually deal with a query on the spot. And after almost 5 months they have still not given me an answer on a repayment restructure or on why the initial repayments were so WILDLY inaccurate. I have made other arrangements to just remove myself from any attachment or relation with such an *********** poor service and knowledge business. How they remain open I don't know. <br> <br> Let this be a warning to anyone looking for a debt counselling service in Durban or South Africa. If you see this name - you will not be debt free any time soon and cannot expect any level of competent service as to why not. Just run the other direction!!
