Falsely Placed Under Debt Review

I app**** for debt review in June 2012 This company was taking my money but they ever listed me under debt review until last year June 2017 I keep contacting them to find out how this is possible to be listed 5 years later and my accounts have been closed Now when I'm asking them to remove my name from debt review they say I must pay them This company is a **** and they need to be closed down as they are taking easy people's money and falsely putting them under debt review
