Extremely Bad after Care service

<p>I have been dealing with DebtEraser for a while now. </p> <p>In the beginning they proimise how they will look after you and the creditors. How they will always send you your statements every month. How they will ease your finanical burden. </p> <p>Well!! I have been trying to get my monthly statements from DebtEraser for a while now, before I had to remind them to send it to me (I SHOULDNT HAVE TO!!!) And now they dont send it at all. They take months and months to respond to an email. I am still waiting for something to be resolved with DebtEraser since July to no avail. The managers promises to get back to you shortly but nothing happens either. This is truly disappointmenting. </p>
