Disgusting Service - DEBT ERASER - SHALLCROSS

My husband and i have decided that we would go under Debt Review to assist with easier account payments.

We continously have problems with Debt Eraser who are based in SHallcross. This year January 2018 we decided to call them and advise them that we no longer want to be under Debt Review. I was advised that i have to pay R3000.00 for them to remove the order. i paid that amount within a week.

To date nothing has been done. No correspondence to me at all. i have to keep calling or emailing in order to hear something. They are one of the worst Companies i have dealt with. Their staff turnover is so often its nt funny. The staff that they do have has no knowledge of what they are doing or whats happening.

Every time i email them there is a new lie i am told.

The owner really needs to do customer service training with staff. O no wait he also needs the training.
