Debteraser.... more trouble than before

During November 2018 I was contacted by Debteraser who suggested debt review on some of my accounts. Well, needless to say, I am still being haunted by most of the debtors as it seems that Debt eraser is not paying them. I have numerous numbers that are either engaged, people not working there anymore or out of services. Since January 2019 they have taken R5 000 per month and have I only received court documents in April 2020 sent in February, which I have reposted in May 2020 after signing. They are untraceable and totally useless!!!
