This company is taking people for granted. I was promised a clearance letter that was over a month ago. I called they are telling me about my paid letters which i have personally mailed them over a month. I do not get any feedback via email or their whats-app group only when i call that is when they telling me all this stories which does make sense. Their consultant sounded unprofessional and they don't care about their client all they care is money because they have being deducting money from my bank account for the past two months even when i settled every thing.
