Debt Review removal

I would like to lodge a complain about Debt Eraser, I've been emailing and calling them requesting to send my clearance certificate and have my name removed under debt review without any success. I even sent them paid up letters and all they do is promise to get back to me in an hour but they don't. This is now getting frustrating
