Debt erasers

I have been a client since September 2019 which my first payment went off on the 28th September by December 2019 my creditors should of been paid and was not paid by you guys. Its January 2020 i have been receiving calls and sms's from my creditors as they are taking legal action against me i have informed you guys and still i received no help at all. Im highly upset of the service im receiving and i wish to cancel this horrible service you guys have debited me also in January and still have not paid my creditors this is really unacceptable!!!!
