Debt Eraser - What a pleasure !!!

Hi everyone. To all the people complaining about Debt Eraser. I started my debt review in 2016. Can't remember the guy who helped me then, I think he has since moved on, but after each payment every month, he would email me personally with my statement and thank me for my payment. He also said to never miss a payment because that would just cause some trouble, saying it would be bad for my credit record. I followed his instructions religiously, even when I was with out work , I made a plan to make my payment every month. And when I could, I paid some extra. He explained he process of the debt review very nice to me, and I followed it completely. Since the beginning of this week, I have found out that I am now debt free, and what a awesome feeling. Received all my 'paid up letters' from each financial institution in good time. I am only waiting for my certificate, which I should receive by end of next week. The lady that helped me, her name is Trudy. Ask for her by name. I really got amazing service, and I would like to thank them and especially her , for helping me through this process of debt review.

The only complaint I might have is the answering of the office phone, sometimes I had to phone 3 times before the call got picked up. And I also mentioned this to Trudy,and I am sure they will improve on this aspect.

So to all those unhappy people out there. Make sure about what you want to do, follow the instructions and I can assure you it will be a pain free experience.
