Debt eraser non payment

I have been with this company from 2016 with regards to my debt payments arrangement without problems. On the 28 September 2020 I visited their office to know about my last payments for my debts. In our discussion I discovered that I have to make two payments in October and November 2020 to finish off my debts. Now the problem is that I paid R6510.00 in October and up to date my accounts are not paid. I called and wrote emails without getting any feedback. Please help
