Debt eraser

The company is not responding to emails or phone calls. I have been struggling to get any answers from this company regarding questions I have as to my status of debt. I have been paying since 2014 without failing to pay my monthly installments. I have been asking for the outstanding amount still owed but I have not once got a straight answer. This company does not communicate with me at all. The service is beyond bad and unacceptable. If I can give zero stars i would have.
