Dab service from Debteraser

I have been with Debteraser under debt review for the past three years. Paying every month the agreed amount towards them for distribution to my creditors. The last two years ABSA is constantly handing over my accounts to attorneys and I am receiving letters, sms's and phone calls for payments. Threats about legal action to be taken and much more. Debteraser is only replying to me that it has been taken up with ABSA and that ABSA is investigating. What is there to investigate? I have been waiting for more than a month for response but nothing. Lately Trudy Pillay is not even responding to my emails. What is the use of the credit law protecting me with a company like Debteraser?
