CREDIT BUREAU LISTING & BREACH OF CONTRACT

I got no response to my email of 21/01/2016 which was as follows: My understanding is that when I request my credit profile from any of the credit bureaus I will find nothing to the fact that I'm under debt review. This is because you failed to assist me such that I am paying my debts as negotiated by myself with my creditors. I am now writing to get confirmation.
