Broken Trust

They give bad service, and don't give time for their customers when they Urgently need help. They don't answer questions properly. They don't complete cancellation requests, and they only request more and more money. It is really a waste of time. I have been on debt review for almost 4 years, and still haven't completed the process. The don't give any updates with regards to my credit score, or any relevant information. They are very seldom even reply to my emails. They don't seem to understand the words Hearing Impairment, why can't they reply via email or sms. The trust relationship doesn't exist anymore. i regret by chosen them.
