Bad Service

I have been a client of debt eraser for the past 3 1/2 years of which has been terrible experience I have to scrutinize and follow up with them regarding inconsistency's on a regular basis , I don't feel valued as a client as I often get the impression that the consultants are getting annoyed with my request , I would urge all clients to follow up and scrutinize their statements otherwise they would end up overpaying their accounts or get further increases .I would definitely not recommend this company to any of my colleagues, friends or family members .
