Bad Campany

I have registered myself with this company at first I had all communication via WhatsApp and all I joined in 2019 only after a year I just wanted to find out how much is left or balance on all creditors but I can’t get hold of them they always hung up on me or when they pick by mistake they always promise to call or WhatsApp . I can’t get hold of them at all .............Bad company
